About me

Riley McCormick, LISW is a Cleveland based Licensed therapist and social worker in the State of Ohio, working in the field of Mental Health for over a decade. She received her Master’s in Social Work in 2015 from Case Western Reserve University. Riley has been certified in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapies® by the Wellness Institute and practices Integrated Breathwork Therapy (IBT). 

Riley played four years of competitive division one women’s basketball at the University of Toledo. She was apart of the most ‘winningest’ class in UT women’s basketball history and continues working in sports through guided imagery work with athletes.

Riley practices a holistic approach to supporting and facilitating the healing process, bringing attention to the rhythm of the four levels -- body, emotion, thought and spirit. A commitment to a heart-centered approach to breathwork and therapy allows for deeper and more profound healings within the conscious and subconscious mind creating a lasting change from a multitude of issues, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, addictions, weight issues, depression, shock, phobias, and many more.

Outside of her private practice, she lives in the Northeast Ohio and enjoys practicing the Russian martial art of Systema.
