Pay for Your Session

I have spent the last nine years facilitating weekly anger management and life skills groups for people reentering into the community at North Star NRRC which is operated by Oriana House, Inc. I am privately contracted and love facilitating these groups. I have witnessed many people go through these eight week programs and desire to continue their personal healing process. Ten to twenty percent of people who come through this program seek to continue and go deeper into their own healing. In truth, the greatest obstacle is affordability and access to quality care and “non traditional” healing modalities, such as Integral Breathe Therapy. If we have worked together with the breath before, you know personally the power of it.

Intention is what creates the foundation of any experience. I am asking for your donation personally to help maintain the integrity of this program by keeping it in the spirit of giving and receiving. By purchasing a session, you are making a generational impact in the lives of individuals seeking healing.

There will be six spaces available, and spaces will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Each space is granted six months of bi-monthly individual breathwork sessions along with two, (1) day workshops. Once those six months are complete, the generosity and support will be designated for the next six and so on.
