In committing to individual therapy, you will learn the process of unveiling what already lies within you. You will learn how to access your personal power. With this access, you begin to see all the choices available to you. This included developing the tools to understand and set healthy boundaries, express your wants and needs for your highest good, identify and release patterns that do not serve you, along with maintaining a presence in the here and now. ​ The healing process includes identifying and releasing the patterns that keep you stuck in emotions of anxiety/fear, sadness, worthlessness, anger, loneliness and move into feelings of freedom, joy, and connection. The patterns introduce to you your Inner child. This opens the door to be the nurturing parent you may have not experienced. Also, within the exploration and release of patterns, you learn the connection between unwanted addictive or habitual patterns and the shame and shock cycle. You will learn the use of the mind-body connection, and understand the language of the dis-ease in the body, which can unveil insight to the stuck emotions within you. In turn, it provides you with a space to drop into, the space of spiritual awareness. You will begin to receive so much more of what is already there; authentically gaining the knowing your spirit is always holding you. Individual Therapy works in rhythm with Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® and Breathwork.


Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® is an experiential process that combines traditional hypnosis, humanistic, behavioral, and developmental psychology, along with NLP techniques, gestalt techniques and energy work. Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® works in rhythm with Individual Therapy.

Through Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® you become aware of the source of emotional and/or physical distress. The subconscious begins to expose and explore the blocks of the mind that are holding you back from the full awareness of your personal abilities and strengths or that may be contributing to dis-ease in the body.

This experiential process creates access to the subconscious mind. This entry provides a deeper ability for you to release stuck emotions, traumatic memory, physical disease, unhealthy patterns and addictions.

Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® provides a gateway to unveil the full range of alternate healthy choices available to cope in way that supports you, nurtures you and serves your authentic self.

In committing to the Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy® you will learn how to access the subconscious to discover the sources of stuck emotions, addictions, habit patterns, physical dis-ease and more. You will learn how to provide an internal sense of safety and experience a wise adult present in the expression and release of these issues. Ultimately learning how to hold the space for your inner child to heal and your higher self to make healthy choices to move forward in your life. In experiencing love and compassion from yourself you will learn to relax into the rhythm of your life.


Individual & Group Breathwork

Integral Breath Therapy is a composite modality that uses breathwork as a support for the various processes, exercises and inner explorations. It is a highly personal, experiential process that uses breathing techniques to clear out physical, mental and emotional blocks or stresses. The origin of most human behavioral difficulties is in very early childhood experiences. Early in life we learn to suppress our emotions physically by tensing muscles and restricting the breath. Over time, this protective process becomes chronic and automatic and we lose the capacity to experience and express emotions. This repression can sap our vitality and rob us of the ability to experience the positive feelings of love, joy and pleasure.

IBT has been found to be a very precise key to the body’s natural healing resources. It consists of a variety of circular and conscious connected breathing techniques that can be described as a relaxed, connected and total way of breathing. This breathing pattern triggers a natural process of cleaning and purifying in both the body and the psyche. The combination of deep relaxation, openness of the body and mind, and increased oxygen intake tends to dissolve everything that stands in the way of the body's natural circulation.

IBT is both art and science. The art is about surrendering to and trusting the process. It is about letting go, releasing control and getting the mind out of the way. The science is about techniques that support the surrendering. It is about adjusting the breath, correcting thoughts and changing perception. One is the feeling part – one is the thinking part. Both are valuable. Breath therapy is most effective when both are in balance. For personal growth and development, stress management, spiritual unfoldment or as an adjunct to psychotherapy, breath therapy is a useful tool for bringing about permanent, positive life changes.
